TALK ABOUT ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION AND WORK STRESS

Last Wednesday, November 12, the “Assertive Communication and Work Stress Talk” was given by the MBA Verónica Canelo, who informed us of the symptoms in order to identify this emotional imbalance that is normally reflected in physical illnesses.

We also share some tips to combat it:

  • Sleep between 7 to 8 hours a day.
  • Use relaxation techniques such as deep inspiration.
  • Take active breaks.
  • Be sociable in your work environment.
