Last Wednesday, November 12th, the “Talk on assertive communication and work stress” was held by MBA Verónica Canelo, who informed us of the symptoms in order to identify this emotional imbalance that is usually reflected in physical illnesses.
We also share some tips to combat it:
Sleep between 7 to 8 hours a day.
Use relaxation techniques like deep inspiration.
Take active breaks.
Be sociable in your work environment
